~ A taste of Venezuelan gastronomy

PISZCANDINA, Colombia, 2018

Identity

  • One of the main objectives of creating this visual identity for a restaurant was to reflect the chef's cultural roots and celebrate the rich culinary traditions of Venezuela.

The name of the concept, "pisca andina," is inspired by a famous soup that is a staple of Venezuelan cuisine and translates to "pinch of the Andes."

Another key element of the visual identity is the incorporation of corn, a grain that has been a key ingredient in Venezuelan cooking for centuries. In all its various colors and varieties, corn serves as a vibrant and inspiring symbol of the culinary traditions of the Andes.
